RESIPI SEMASA PANTANG - PEGAGA MASAK LADA HITAM


PEGAGA MASAK LADA HITAM

Bahannya:

  • Sedikit santan pekat
  • Lada hitam (lebihkan)
  • Ikan bilis putih
  • Kunyit hidup
  • Halia
  • Garam


Caranya:
1. Lada hitam, halia & kunyit hidup ditumbuk.
2. Kemudian masukkan santan direneh bersama bahan tumbuk.
3. Biar pekat.
4. Kira OK masukkan pegaga dan ikan bilis serta bahan-bahan perasa.
